My name is Sonia Asenova Stoimenova and I was born in the city of Sofia. I am currently a student at the Applied Faculty of the National Academy of Arts, majoring in Scenography. Before that, I graduated from the "Ilia Petrov" National School of Fine Arts with a major in "Illustration and Book Layout". My interests are mainly in the field of puppetry, costuming, and the graphic design of the body of the book. I like to make all kinds of illustrations, I often include different techniques in my work, as well as collages and graphics. As a second major, I am studying the theory and practice of art education and I want to continue my development in teaching.

Appearances and awards:

•  Third prize and a one-year scholarship from the National Educational Drawing Competition 2018.

• Participation in the production of a book body and cover for a charity project providing financial support for a municipal dog shelter - "The Farm".

• Participation in a drawing competition and a scholarship to the "America for Bulgaria" foundation.

• Participation in the National Youth Competition for Fine and Applied Arts and Design, direction illustration and layout of the book.
